My Kakuzu cosplay from Naruto.

EDIT: Since I've gotten a few notes about what I used to make the mask and everything, I figure I'll just post it here and save my inbox the trouble.

- The white "Hood" is a NOMEX balaclava I bought on-line. Albeit it doesn't flare out at the neck as much in the manga.

- The headband I bought on-line at Toys N Joys. Trimmed the strap down a bit and added some velcro to make it look more solid when its worn.

- The face mask I bought off eBay. When I can make a new mask (more accurate) I'll post up new pictures, since the manga version mask attaches to the outside of the hood.

Well... to be technical, his skin segments are just held together by stitches made out of his inner mass (not quite sure if it's his blood, or what).

None the less, this is a nice picture.
